Das Flüchtlingszentrum Ain Zara in Tripolis ist wegen der anhaltenden Kämpfe bereits evakuiert worden

Badi is back, already in Tripoli along 45 armed vehicles, other 50 vehicles are on the way from Misrata to join,

If correct, it’s the 2nd time Badi stops Hafter from entering the capital.

Wir erwarten eine umruhige Nacht. 23:45 According to LibyaRiskCo (10pm), 27 armed factions are directly and indirectly (back up) in the clashes of Tripoli. A couple of others groups based in western Libya talk to join the fightings. Misrata brigades joined and will join the front lines.
Zivilisten verschiedener Stadtteile wurden aufgefordert ihre Häuser zu verlassen. Schwere Kämpfe sind dort morgen zu erwarten.
The last three hours or so have been really dreadful & almost unbearable due to the intensity & closeness of the fighting and huge thuds of explosions, at one time I counted 5 in 1 min. Not only the windows shudder, but the grounds unmistakably shakes. 23:46
